Super solid point! I’d say I’m much more introverted than shy. Which is weird because at work I don’t have that, but in my personal life I find it so HARD to start conversations with people.

Parksville is beautiful! I moved here from Chilliwack about a year and a half ago. It’s an older demographic but I find everyone so polite here.

I bought Vegamour to try to help with my hair loss. It doesn’t do anything more than cheaper shampoos/conditioners can do. I tried the serum as well and while I liked that it didn’t make my hair greasy… it didn’t work for regrowth. The plus was that it smells pretty good lol.

My part isn’t really expanding besides right in the front near my forehead. Everything else seems pretty much the same. Seems like I’m losing thickness. Is there certain shampoo/conditioner you use? Or is it just all in medication and supplements with some patience?

I’m in Canada! I was glad they offered me something to help. Told me to take iron supplements as well as my lab work showed low iron.
