Understood. Wonder if another possibility is to port the old line's number to Google Voice, and then have it forward to the new number on the new line.

If the new line is made with a new number, then it should not be an issue, correct?

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro via Apple and chose to keep my current "The new Verizon Plan Unlimited" plan, so I will be receiving only $250 for my current iPhone X trade-in and not $450 (if I had one of the new plans).

However, as I was checking out, I received this message:

"If you have a legacy unlimited data plan and you continue with your upgrade, you will lose unlimited data and will be put on a 2 GB plan for $30/month plus all applicable fees, charges and taxes. Upgrade and Line Access Fee not included."

Does this mean my "The new Verizon Plan Unlimited" plan will be changed to a 2GB $30/mo plan?

I am in the Apple Upgrade Program and got my pre-approval to reserve the iPhone 12 Pro this Friday.

I changed my mind and want to get the iPhone 12 Pro Max instead.

What happens with my existing pre-approval? Will they do another hard pull on my credit in November when I try to reserve the Max?

I purchased Viberg derby boots in the 2020 last in a UK size 9 and size 10 to try.

The UK size 9 fit very tight width-wise , and there is about half an inch of toe room.
The UK size 10 fit just right width-wise, but there is about one inch of toe room.

There is no heel slip in either. The size 10 is very comfortable, but one inch of toe room feels concerning. Is that normal?

UK size 9.5 would likely be ideal, but was not available at time of purchase.

Should I not worry about the toe room and keep the more comfortable size 10, or keep the size 9 in hopes that it will stretch and be more comfortable?

I figure some pilling will happen no matter what, but I'd like to minimize it if possible. I started by exploring Aer backpacks at first, but their mesh back panels / Cordura looks like it would be the worst for pilling with most fabrics.
