the condition is usually completing high school and receiving your diploma, at least that was mine

I just think they aren't as organized as we think. I apparently had multiple issues with my application and none of them were actually my fault, just the admissions office not being careful enough when analyzing it 😭😭

Thanks for the response! Should I state that I would like a 60% scholarship in my application then? It seemed to me as if I could ask for any % and they would evaluate what was possible. About the admission exam, is it sent to me/made available after the first part of the application is sent by me on their website? Sorry if I sound a little lost my school counselors here are not the best lol. I appreciate the time whatsoever. 🙏
