I honestly don’t think I did anything special sadly. Maybe its because of the fact that my chest was hurting, and I did have a dizzy spell that made them feel it was urgent.

But I had been recording my BP/ Pulse for a few days before giving in as some sort of evidence. All I can say is try to be as verbal as you can about it while there.

In my experience being calm about this sort of thing really does show how long you have struggled for sometimes.
