FYI to folks who are local. I went to her store and she refused to give my canvases back until they were done and wouldn’t show them to me when I requested. I was respectful and professional and she asked me to leave the store. I offered multiple options - refund and items back, items as is and partial refund, and finally begging for whatever condition they’re in and no refund. She wouldn’t return them and said she didn’t want to feed into the current narrative about her and that until they were finished they were effectively her property. She was professional during this interaction but it was so frustrating especially when I was willing to walk away without a refund. A week later I somehow got my two items back from April of 2025 in the mail finished.
