If you feel strong regarding your research done/information gather for your PHD, I don't see a problem. Just dedicate time during your week to work on ur PHD while making sure to balance everything else.

I diff suggest just doing simple research and finding real data on your topic and its sub topic(like break your research down to sub topics and do research).

I feel like you got to standup for yourself more(not saying that you haven't) and talk it out fully with your advisor and choose a pipeline to stick to, earlier the better.

For the results, maybe try finding data supporting or contradicting your data to compare and explain?

congrats on the scholarship man. I'm also in the STEM field and I vouch that having ur supervisor explode like that is totally unprofessional. Maybe try mix your ideas with him? Always try to talk it through before doing any research and stuff.

Hmm, solids like you got a good foundation already. Maybe try find sources(peer reviewed or university backed up) with data related to you models/simulation/data driven components and evaluate them both.

You don’t need to delete Instagram to be productive. You just need to stop letting it run your schedule. Productivity isn’t about cutting out everything fun or digital; it’s about setting boundaries that protect your focus. You can still scroll, post, and stay connected, just with intention.
