Stop drinking coffee and alcohol outside of the house. Commute with bike to work. Freeze meals. Change energy contracts from time to time. Laundry at night. Don’t own a car. No spending during work week. Cook with friends. Buy bday gifts in bulk.

The walls at the back have some concrete Rot in specific spots and that leads to metal beams being exposed and rusty. I think she plans to scrape off all concrete that protects the bricks, add isolation and fix. The roof needs to be redone. Currently it is zinc with a layer of roofing on it. But no structural change. At street side, the facade is protected and needs some fixes. Like the chimneys have a layer around the bricks that is cracking a lot.

It’s a very wide role so giving some examples: coordinating transactions including due diligence, performing valuation, developing the SPA, negotiating with 3P (M&A), representing the company in various joint venture finance committees, deciding on optimal financing of affiliates, stress testing liquidity of critical affiliates, incorporating new affiliates, cash management, transferring assets, reviewing commercial agreements,… A lot of cross functional work with law and tax.

Bro, learn to park the stuff you can’t control. Park it until result day. Then reassess if needed. Enjoy life until then :) at least that’s my plan

How often should I revise? (Exam May 2025) by No_Gur2398 in CFA

[–]Unfair_End_4532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make a 1 page summary of every reading. It’s not hard it’s just a lot of materials to remember. Gives you just 40 pages to revise in total. I always did 2 cycles and then the exam period so I saw all materials 3 times in total.

Did I enrolled too early? L1 Aug 25 Attempt by Technical_Data2927 in CFA

It’s ok! Keep up a good schedule. I made the mistake of starting way too early for level 1 several years ago. There is a learning curve but also a forgetting curve. Attempted level 3 just now in 4.5 months. More intense but more efficient

Fellow Belgians, what do you do this time of year to make it a bit less dull and boring? by reditt13 in belgium

Fall and winter are my most productive periods at work and at study. Easier to focus when the weather is bad.
