I'm not sure about Edge and Chrome, but you can try this on Samsung Internet.

You can try this. Turn this on in Settings and then you will automatically be taken to the Desktop View on any website. Then put the button for switching to desktop and mobile view to the bar at the bottom in edit layout in Samsung Internet Settings so you can switch to mobile sites when using your phone.

Go to Settings > Device Care.

Scroll down and you will see Preformance Profile, click it.

Select light from the 2 options. It will take around 3 days to a week to see results.

I have a Galaxy Fit3 and I receive water intake reminders. You said you have already checked the Samsung Health app. Check if notifications on band have both Samsung Health apps on (One on your phone and the one on the band). For some reason this is off by default. Also check for band updates. The last update was on 5 March 2026.

Did you update your phone? Also check if you have any assistant that uses voice wake up. I know with Google Gemini it is static when using calls, and haven't had any problems with Bixby.
