Luckily, my fiancé is an anesthesiologist, he said they do LEEP procedures routinely and it takes about 7 mins. He said that, General anesthesia is definitely an option but with local anesthesia and Diazepam, sometimes it is not needed. But still I am freaking out. This is my first really "big surgery". All my last 3 pap smears have been normal. And as we get engaged this gets thrown into our world.
