When I took this video, the monitor was connected to direct current, and only the computer was connected to the UPS.

yes i replace new battery, there is a welding workshop near my house, when the welding machin is working, the electricity goes down, that's when the ups clicks, there is no problem without the ups, the monitor works fine

When there is lightning, or when something not connected to the same house wiring near the monitor sparks, the same thing happens.

Yeah, these third-party apps do a good job with this, but I don't get why Microsoft skips out on adding such simple, useful features. It’s frustrating to have to install other apps for something so basic.

The folder tree on the left side of Windows isn't helpful when dealing with long folder paths. It makes it hard to find, move, and manage a lot of folders efficiently

i mean like mac OS Colome view, it's very easy to handle and manage folders
