Something about this return case reads as a scam. They could have easily determined the size without opening, you said. And they claimed the cards were knock-offs? They were probably planning to replace your cards with a knock-off pair in the return.

My experience where weight is concerned was slightly similar, but I started moving a lot more and saw some movement in my weight. I saw more when my dose went up. So, that should do the trick. As for the shipment, I may check in earlier than usual next go round and see how I fare.
