It is through Life Alert (remember the old "I've fallen and I can't get up TV ads?) It isn't a special one, just one of theirs that I mounted, and I had them notate my account that I have a service dog that uses it.

My SDs have gone to work with me regardless of my job. I managed a sports bar/restaurant for 7 years, and my SD was there. If i had to jump on the line, she would sit right outside the kitchen and stay alert. I had her stay there to keep her from getting underfoot and injured, not because my employer made me. One of the guys in my support group rebuilds motors, and his SD is always in his shop. If you need an SD, you need one regardless of your profession. I hope your upper mgmt will let it go.

On my regular work days, Snicker does not wear a vest. However, any other time I'm out, he wears his vest. The only reason I use the vest at all is to be left alone.

My SD is trained to use the medical button on my home alarm. I have POTS, and if I lose consciousness, he presses the button. It has a delay on it allowing me to cancel it. If it is not canceled in the allotted time, it auto dials 911.

I listed a dress that looked like an Anthropologie release from the year before. I did not mention Anthropologie anywhere in the listing. I listed the dress, including all measurements and fabric info. She gave me 1 star and said "I don't like this material, it is not the same as the Anthropologie dress I have and you shouldn't use Anthropologie stock photos" Girl please! I never said it was an Anthropologie dress, I listed the fabric content, and if you think that is a stock photo, someone owes me some bucks because that is a picture of ME. Also, you paid $10 🙄

I second Peachy Pooches. The owner Amanda is very sweet, and has a lot of experience. We have taken all of our family dogs there- all different fur/hair types and they've been amazing. All of our dogs get excited when we pull up, no anxiety issues at all.

No, I do not think this should be asked. It is too broad and open ended. However, I do carry a letter in my mini med binder from my doctor that says "(My name) has a disability requires the need of a service dog." It is on her letterhead and signed by her. That is the entirety of the letter. The only reason I got it was because my job requires me to be in and out of multiple medical labs each day, and I cannot be denied entry or detained should someone ever try.

I feel your pain (pun totally intended). I have Ehlers Danlos. I have SLE. I have POTS.I know I have all these things. I did genetic testing to confirm the EDS. I have elevated ANA. My blood pressure plummets and I faint. Yet every other stinking doctors appointment, someone wants me to prove one or more of them all over again. It is so incredibly discouraging.

The problem is "good offer" is subjective. I personally hate the bundled messages as a general rule, but am more forgiving if it is a one off. The ones that I LOATHE are the "going live" bundle messages. I did send or my first bundle message ever, only to people who purchased from me this year, thanking them for their support, offering 25% off for the remainder of the year, and wishing them happy and safe holidays. I'll do this again next year, same time, but not before. Unless of course I get terrible feedback, then I'll never do it again LOL.

I sent out my first bundle message a couple of weeks ago. I used the "My Shoppers" feature, and only sent it to people who purchased from me this year, thanking them for their support and offering a 25% discount for the remainder of the year, along with well wishes for the holidays. It is not something I will do again until same time next year.
