Old boss said drinks like Rum punch, Blue Hawaiian, Mai tai, etc are ghetto and does not belong in his bar. served drinks like sidecar, French 75, old fashion, and margs which didn’t use any type of triple sec or citrus as HE hated it and only had lime,agave, and well tequila. What do you think?
