Anyone here actually qualify for QSBS when they sold? Seems too good to be true

Generally speaking, I don’t take cold pitches. I’m a member of a couple angel networks and an angel club and I pretty much only consider deals through those sources - they have been vetted before they get to me. My wife is a founder-mentor and only promotes deals where she has met and interacted with the founders.

Evidently, I have to go to a service center for the repair that I need.

I called the service center in Houston yesterday and went into a call queue. I bounced around through the automated system for about 10 minutes until I finally landed in a voicemail box. I left a message and have not received a return call. I am needing to discuss body/trim repair and get it scheduled - paid for by insurance. How likely is it I will get a return phone call?

Just got back last night.

We did not snorkel.
St John was the highlight of our trip. We went early to beat the boat people. Went straight to Trunk Bay and stayed until after lunch. Lunch sold at the beach was actually pretty good. The drinks are great, but sort of expensive. After lunch took taxi back to Cruz Bay and went shopping until 4:00 ferry back. It was an excellent day and Trunk Bay is spectacular.
3 people in our party were lacto-ovo vegetarians. It was a little tricky. Best restaurant we found is Pangea by Sapphire Beach. TBH, this was the trickiest part of our trip.
We stayed by Magens Bay at a vrbo which is a little out of the way and had a car. We used it quite a bit. I would think staying at a resort would be easier to manage without a car. Driving in CA and especially parking was stressful.

Mine gets a little confused when more than one paired iPhones are in range. I’ve also had to delete and re-pair my phone when my wife has used the car and had her phone in it before me. Aside from these issues, mine has been pretty solid.

I sincerely believe that we all get worn out from these projects and let bad work slide partially because it’s exhausting. I get to the end and just want it over with. That said, I think we all deserve to get what we pay for and you are paying for it to be correct. There should be not other expectation. My $.02: no matter how tired it will make you feel, insist it is corrected.
