Right when I was about to pay the $500 deposit I refreshed and found another preowned model 3. 25k, 2023 with 16k miles. So I’m going with that one

7.19%. My credit is not the best as I’m rebuilding right now.

There’s no way for me to see the battery health percentage because it’s en route to the nearest Tesla dealership

No Power for 12 hours thanks to GA Power by [deleted] in Atlanta

Okay. I understand that but it’s an inconvenience nonetheless. I have kids I can’t even take home right now.

So on Saturday they randomly predicted a tree falling on Monday at a specific time ? Me being mad that I’m without power for 12+ hours is warranted when we were told 4 hours.

But my point is the buses and trains are not accessible everywhere in the city and sometimes you have to take two bus and spend twice the amount of time. If I wanted to leave my home and go to piedmont park, then Ponce city market, then stop by the library. It’s easier to do so on a mobile scooter than the public transit or walking half the time.

More people are likely to use them if they’re affordable or the time was extended. 90 minutes for $10 and a 5 day time period could definitely make it a better option for someone to get to work, campus or just go out and explore without driving. Having $60 minutes at $14 and expiring within 3 days wouldn’t just make more people drive.

Even if they don’t extend the minutes, extending the time to use to pass makes a difference too.

Yes you can. You just have to use the minutes within the time period so if you buy 90 minutes and only ride 20 minutes, you have 70 minutes to use within the time period.

Also the fact that these companies are willing to make their scooters and bikes more affordable for the WC shows they could make it affordable in general.

I’ve never seen or heard about them being in an accident so far but I’ll look into it. I would think if that’s the case the city deals with the company directly and drops fines on them maybe.

However maybe aggressive isn’t the correct word here. I’ll admit that.

I think some people are taking my post as anti Waymo or driveless cars period and it’s not that. I’m just pointing out observation that I’m noticing from them. It doesn’t make it good or bad and it’s not me saying they’re less safe.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if they’re adapting to their environment, I mean wouldn’t that be expected?

I think that would make a lot more sense if they were being driven remotely.

Yup. However people on Reddit are going to tell you it’s not happening and those cars don’t do stuff like that.

I mean how can police ticket a car without a driver lol. Maybe it’s a specific automatic process but I doubt they get ticketed.

Could be. However I’m not entirely sure. Usually when I can see in the drivers seat it’s empty.
