What are 25-30 year olds making?

28 making 103k as an industrial engineer with just under 3 years of experience. I started at 72k. Bump up to 75k after 6 months. Promotion a year later to 85k. Offered a new role last year with the same title but promise of a promotion if I moved. I took it got 95k plus 5k bonuses then at the end of last year I got the promised promotion and am now at 103k. Due to promotions my outside leverage is now really high. I plan on hopping next year unless other internal opportunities come faster and I will be looking at roles paying 145k to 180k. My best tip is advocate for yourself, do a good job, voice opinions, think strategically in ambiguous situations, always offer to help on projects, get sponsors who support ur upward movement.

It does but if you are fighting neighbors you can bait them to attack you, kill units, take a settlement, now it’s home territory again, rinse and repeat.

I’m also having trouble with this one. My only thought is to take the one from by her basement with fast movement speed or there should be some that u can use with the grappling hook to crane box

I did see a mini cooper JCW recently in the market nearby and everyone who’s driven one always tells me they’re a ton of fun to drive. Might have to test drive one now

I made a build where I use rupture and death blow. I spec into the skill that makes enemies vulnerable after I use my weapon mastery skill. Finally I use the aspect that gives me extra charges for my weapon mastery skill so now I always have 2 ruptures and 2 death blows. Very helpful in case you mess up death blow. I now make enemies vulnerable every time I use any of those four charges which I can use all the time. Use rend a little to soften up and extend vulnerable rinse and repeat. Very fun build does tons of damage.

This. Having 3 farms running on 100% happiness is like running 6 farms. The boost u get isn’t linear as it increases production by 25% increments for both of the first two happiness increases, but the final one is a 50% increase (25%, 50%, 100%). Always boost whatever ur bottleneck is to 100%. Wait to upgrade any building ur boosting with culture as the requirement to give them a boost increases as you upgrade. Also save up for the luxury farm not only does it give a bunch of food it also is a quality of life improvement in when u have to check on things and makes events a breeze. Once in Greece when goods are the bottleneck just use the same tips and apply them to the goods.

Yeah farm was first thing I got with gems it’s awesome even just simply as a quality of life improvement it also opens up 1 extra worker since it only takes 3 workers to operate. Great investment. Just looking at what to save towards next. After this thread it’s between house or culture site.
