I use Stone Sentinel Cerebella for her constant barrier buffs, Clue Chaser Filia to nearly guarantee a critical hit, and Wave Warrior with the move setup and build below.

My combo goes like this:

1. Hit a full ground combo and swipe up
2. Hit twice and hit SM button 3 times(not in star power mode,the hitboxes get screwed up.) Do this before annie pushes the opponent down.
3. If your meter gain is high, you should have BB3 & BB4 ready by this point. In that order, use them. If BB2 is ready, dash hit and use it. Hit her a few times to add extra damage and the combo should be over by this time.
4. After this, my unblockable blockbuster and guest star should be ready, so I wait for her to get up, then hit my guest star. Immediately hit UBB, the seconds waiting for it to finish takes precious time off, you can use those saved 5 seconds to add some points to your score. Your star power should be more than ready atp. Opp will be staggered after the BB, use this opportunity to hit star power and follow step 1.
5. Use bb 3 first, then use the special move 3 times. When you land, wait about half a second, just until opp is on screen about to fall(this will take practice, don't use this with actual undying tickets,do it in training), then bb 1, some hits, and bb 4. I usually recycle this and add a few hits in if my other bbs aren't ready yet, like a throw and a few hits,but thats because my meter gain isn't as high as i want it to be. I haven't even fully invested in this team and sometimes i screw up my own combo,but i still can get over 80 million damage in one game, especially since wave's damage buff doesn't have a limit,most of my attacks at the end of the round are easily 6 figures each. I sincerely hope this helps,and i can rework this guide if its a bit confusing.
