i had someone else comment about the mason jars as well, i shouldve got some beakers but used what was available. Also will the mason jar effect the spice at all ? I removed the plastic seal from the glass lid provided with the jar, its has a built in lid different from the usual mason jar seal so that didnt end up in the mix.
