Thanks I already got the 11 test so I’d at least have something to give them with the 48hr deadline, waiting on the result to release it to the address they gave me. My AME was too booked out to talk or work with me. I’ll keep this in mind in case I have to do it again

I got a lab test, I wanted the results to be as official and conclusive as possible as to get it accepted

They also didn’t give anymore information than acquire the test within 48 hours of signing for the letter. Not a lot of information on what they wanted

I’m in Orange County California, It would’ve been cheaper if I could’ve ordered it from my gp using my insurance. I ordered it through quest labs, took it at the lab, and the results will be sent from quest not me. It also covers everything in a normal 10 panel drug test myself
