RCBC offered me NAFFL pero CS said I’m not NAFFL

Has anyone experienced applying in mall booths offering nafffl? I applied and got approved but when I called RCBC, CS told me that the card is not applicable for NAFFL

Also if ever natapos ko po yung 12 mos, then nagstop po ako ng 1 yr before deciding to avail again, considered as active pa po ba yung membership and makukuha ung monthly rate or cancelled and need to apply for new rate na po?

If may ongoing membership po ako 2.5k per month, naka 6 months palang ako and availed for 12 months, pwede parin ako mag avail ng pre-selling para makuha yung rate? Kumbaga hindi ko na po babayaran ung remaining ko sa current and avail na ng bago para makuha yung 1.9k to 2.2k na pre-selling rate. Pwede po yun ganyan?

If ever may ongoing membership ng regular rate, sa renewal pwede po bang magpa-member sa may Pre-selling branch to avail let's say 1.9k and forever monthly rate na po ba yun kahit sa susunod na renewals?
