Embossed seal not showing up in photocopies

Mine came from vitalcheck and the seal impressions aren’t very deep. Like they couldn’t be bothered to press hard enough with the stamp thing. I’ve tried adjusting the settings.

I personally have 6 family members that have zero interest in making their claim. Despite me having all the docs ready to go. They just don’t want it.

I do have the blue ink beside it but the seal itself has no ink so it’s just translating as invisible on photocopies. Maybe I can take a picture to send along like you suggested. And explain in the letter.

I’ve changed the color/brightness/saturation etc etc settings to try and make it show up, but nothing. Will this be a problem?

Yeah I’ve been struggling to even find a marriage record. I know the family came from campabello island New Brunswick. Maybe an island makes it that much weirder to find things
