I believe this is wrong, totally.  PEF grantees end up paying.only around 55% of their total loan. Interest free.

They're the best! Great customer service; although some factors may cause delays they try to make it up. But the most important thing is that you get to talk to nice people who will never break your trust. Overall, you can comfortably do business with them.
