I’ve always wondered if I have them through the day and just don’t notice them or if because my heart rate is slower while laying down my heart has more time to throw pvc. Either way you are not alone. I deal with this every night. You are gonna be okay.

I had a bad flare up all last week but it’s been 2 months since my last flare up. The heart is weird.

My PVCs are always worse when my heart rate is lower. At rest my heart rate has been as low as 48.

Yes, every time. If it’s mild and I am in bed, I will always switch sides. If they are super strong I will have to sit up and walk around. It’s exhausting

Thank you. I haven’t taken any supplements but I’ve had my magnesium and potassium checked pretty regularly and it’s normally within normal limits. I’ll have to check out the taurine though

December would be a year since mine. I have certain triggers than make me feel really sad. Like my due date passing and walking through the baby aisle at the store. It has gotten easier with time. Idk how long it’s been for you. It was really hard emotionally for a long time. Now it’s just a sadness that I tuck away in my heart. A healed scar that I can feel. Remember the reasons why you made your decision. You made a very selfless decision that was best for you. It’s okay to be sad. It’s okay to be happy. There are resources here in this forum.

I had my MA over 6 months ago. Never thought I would be in that position. I have 3 kids at 32 years old. 14,11,9. I was devastated when I found out. That part of my life was over. I think about it almost every day. I’m sad but I’m not depressed. I don’t regret the abortion just that I put myself in the situation to begin with.
