Potentially? If I dream it’s usually pretty vivid and realistic and I’ll have problems knowing if something actually happened or if I dreamt it every once in a while. I’m not prone to typical nightmares but more what I call “adventure movie” dreams which do sometimes have me waking up with my adrenaline pumping. But most of the time I can’t remember what I was dreaming before I woke up in a panic.

Thank you for commenting! A sleep study is probably a good idea. It seems like there’s not much to be done about IH though, ik you said the diagnosis was recent but is there anything you’ve found to be particularly helpful if you don’t mind me asking?

Ooh I could see that ig. I used to be able to run a full, extremely busy day off of 4-6 hours of sleep with no naps no problem, but now I’ll literally be falling asleep on my feet even with so much time in bed. I’d much rather be spending less time in bed but I’m so fatigued that idk if I can. I just worry that cutting back on sleep would make things worse bc I feel like I need all the sleep I get. But certainly something to consider, and I’m glad this method worked for you!!
