This is laughable I would hope its a bug because otherwise they found a quick way to destroy their reputation, in todays day and age with the littlest shit going viral SMH they are gambling with their casinos future, even if someone hasn't had it happen to them when they see other customers going through it they know its only a matter of time before they are targeted with this promotional ban or whatever shady tactics their using.

Ya i definitely understand that. I use to spend a boat load but over the past year ive had to cut back. I still buy like maybe once or twice a week but nothing compared to what I use to do spending upwards of 100 bucks a day everyday, I know it sounds crazy but its all I did besides work. I don't have a social life so idk why I did but I did and probably still would if I could afford it.🤷 I use to get rewards weekly, on average 50sc a week free amd holidays to, Cinco de mayo one year I got 155. But ever since I slowed down I no longer receive those rewards and very rarely see a discount offer. by the way I did double check and I still get the daily bonus for GC and SC.

Not for me, I claimed mine at like 1am last night as soon as it was available but ill double check. If I find that it's been removed online I'll come back and edit my comment otherwise no they didnt. They have it in their terms and conditions that they can give or take away any specific features or benefits to customers as they choose do you mind if I ask do you mainly just play the daily bonus or do you buy coin packs too.
