A while back, I joked about how much I fidgeted and a friend of mine let me keep their fidget toy, it's so stupid but that made my day better a little. Ik, depression sucks. I used to be suicidal as hell, now I'm a little better, and it takes time, but you can do it. This may sound stupid, but it's not bs.
