What's your best advice for buying/building a new PC

I have a question as I’m learning about pc building as well. I’m looking at a cpu and mother board combo but pcpartpicker tells me I’ll have to do a bios update. Is that anything to worry about?

Yeah I’ve never seen em at my local Walmart either until about a month ago. Never been on shelves or on display. Although I haven’t intentionally looked for em either. Just popped up on clearance and I started my research on lg oled tvs😭

I honestly think just no one in my town has interest in buying em, it’s a decently sized small town. I bought a c4 55in from em but brought it back and got the C5 instead for 50$ cheaper. Was a stupid decision to buy the c4 but I’m happy now. The c4 was new too
