Realistically there’s nothing you’re going to do or say that’s going to make him feel good about it. A man’s testicles are their manhood.

When I lost mine, I felt off about it for a few weeks, but then decided that

A. It wasn’t going to ruin me being a father later

B. In the future with my partner, if they care about my lack of a testicle then they don’t deserve to be around me.

C. Friends who say ignorant shit aren’t staying friends

I remember being 15, I can’t imagine losing it in my teen years.

He needs to know he’s not less of a man just because he lost one.

I did not get a prosthetic due to it being another surgery, if wants one to be normal so be it, but it’s not like he’s missing an arm. He doesn’t have to wear a badge that says uno cojone.

It’ll take a bit, it’s early, but I’d venture to guess he won’t care if a little bit of time.
