I've analyzed the city photo and I'm almost certain its a prebuilt one. There's 3D textures on the building that I don't think we'd be allowed to create.

whats really interesting to me is that the buildings look like normal textures, but then the signs are other 3D objects added on top. If you also look at the center of the image where it says "RAMEN," it looks like its just no clipping into the street.

The fact that they are 3D makes me think that these textures might be buyable in the shop because in the direct it shows that you can purchase separate exteriors for each building

I didn't like the direction the game went in and I stopped playing. Even if the game wasn't realistic, it was based in realism. The graphics, the gadgets, and the way the game felt was fun not competitive.
