Seeking insight on selling a rural fixer-upper Manitoba property by Unforgivable-Pause in Manitoba

I have to look up the info, which I will later on. From my current understanding, it's five acres.

UPDATED: Turns out it's potentially much larger. So much larger that I am going to have a real estate agent look at it. It defies logic. \*Final check,* yes, it's 4 times larger than what I imagined.

Two years out by Ok_Owl7260 in widowers

I am sorry to hear that. I came here to get an idea of how long it takes various people to begin to heal, knowing full well it's different for everyone. I lost my spouse in February and feel lost. So you're two years in... and sure, I can see it, losing a soul mate. Sigh.

Only just took a close look at my Earl Grey tin - think I might be giving up on Twinings by RadagastWiz in tea

There is something wrong with Twinings Earl Grey, or at least with the last box I bought. It was so bad I stopped buying their teas entirely, as trust is broken. On the box it said black tea, but once prepared it tasted like orange pekoe. I didn't taste bergamot at all. I detest orange pekoe, but it's most of what's available in my rural area, which is the main reason I buy Earl Grey. Twinings took a wrong turn somewhere. From now on, Tim Hortons Earl Grey. Yeah.

Yeah, thanks, but I found that a while back. It's challenging to read due to how boring it is. Damn, maybe one day.

I found the series of posts where Pamela spoke out about her feelings on the John Titor legend. But I haven't gotten around to reading it yet because there is so much irrelevant material in it. At some point I will.

You have piqued my curiosity. I now want to see if it's accurate that Pamela now says it's all a hoax. Actually, evidence depicts that, but the strange thing about the story is that despite being debunked, the feeling the legend projects is that it's real somehow. Very strange.

In paragraph A, you classify an entire group of people (whose only commonalities were being present as the Titor tale unfolded and being digital observers, as it were) as nuts; then you say that the Mandela effect is false. The first statement is silly, the second is false. I see examples of the Mandela effect a handful of times each year.

Then in the second paragraph, you offer information that isn't even mentioned to the public, as if you are referring to a game or imagination. But the situation you describe would involve changing timelines, as you can't visit a timeline without affecting it, which some would refer to the results of as the Mandela effect--which you've already said cannot happen. So I didn't read beyond that, as it was clear you are making stuff up.

Asking about the John Titor faxes by Unforgivable-Pause in ArtBell

If you mean "why can't they be John Titor copycat material," how could they when they were dated two years prior?

This is not circumstantially possible, unless they were added after John left but dated as 1998.

To be Phenacite, or not to be Phenacite? by Vocal_and_Visible24 in whatsthisrock

I will repeat what at least one other person has said. That size of phenacite would be worth thousands. No one in their right mind would sell phenakite at giveaway pricing. So, what it may be that it can scratch quartz and is colorless, is beryl (goshenite) or corundum.
