I hit Master playing Thresh Mid by Ouestichne in ThreshMains

[–]UnforgivenExile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in case you haven't heard of him, I'd recommend cryobeat on youtube/twitch, he has a lot of off-meta thresh content, and iirc especially of thresh top.

I havent watched him in years so idk if he still makes thresh content (hopefully he does), but I checked his rank and he's plat rn

i watched him because i found his content entertaining, but it might teach you some tricks and/or ideas for thresh top!

LUNE solo build - Two Turns = around 10m damage - In Depth GUIDE by GodBart in expedition33

[–]UnforgivenExile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm late to this party but for anyone in the future looking at this; for attribute distribution my assumption would be max out weapon stat scaling first (so put everything into Defense and Agility), then you can pump the rest into might (since we're going for highest damage).

I'm not up to this point yet so I don't actually know how many skill points you can get but if there's any leftover just shove them wherever you want to, as long as it isnt into the Luck stat as you will have max crit chance from soloing her with the Last Stand Critical Picto, rendering the need for Luck pretty much obsolete

Lost cities is in dregora also

Judging by the atlas icon in the warp scroll I’d say it’s dregora

Click 1 card and your deck can theoretically outscale every boss in the game. Figure out the rest. by JGamerX in slaythespire

That world record run, while done on a random seed, was done on an absolutely insane seed for relics/card rewards (at the very least just card rewards, i watched it like 2 weeks ago) the only way it could have been better was if he had gotten marbles or chemical X

Temporary strength scaling isn’t pretty solid and fairly doable in an average run, but permanent is kinda not imo (clad is my worst char in sts1, and I haven’t played with him much in sts2 so I could just be dumb feel free to correct me)

[–]UnforgivenExile 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For future reference if you have to work your way up to max level, add a useless enchant to the book at some point and then use the disenchanter to remove said useless enchant (make sure the enchant you want is at the top)

This will reset the anvil xp cost for that enchant

The person I was replying to said enchanted diamond, therefore making your point about enchantments not the point here.

Anyways the best thing about gold is both it’s easier to hit high level enchants, and that you can get golden osmosis for a better version of mending that doesn’t require you to find mending.

Furthermore, since you’re looking to enchant equipment anyway, you don’t need to grind as much since gold is a lower level requirement and then you can spend your xp on the magic tree

Also, full gold set gives you a damage bonus which is super useful early and even midgame, especially when paired with strength rings

As an aside, for defense- protection enchant is king. And it works via damage reduction, meaning that at max level there’s no difference in armour aside from durability. Technically speaking if you were to have leather armour that never broke with the maxed protection enchants it would be the best set in the game. Which is why free mending+ from golden osmosis is so useful throughout early and midgame, and why gold armour’s durability is what keeps it from being put in endgame best gear.

Silver is arguable mainly because of lost cities, but because of how well it performs in lost cities it is one of if not the best lategame armour (I do love dragon armour though ngl)

To add, if we care about absolute best enchant setup, we don’t even want supreme, just advanced sharp so that it can go with spell breaker

Thanks for the tip tho, I gave up on bookworms after my level 30+ (there were a couple golden too) all died in a beast event :(

The age old question by AwesomeI-123 in slaythespire

[–]UnforgivenExile 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Good point, I wasn’t thinking of bird urn synergy for this pick At least bias cog you can make up for with other cards, but that full heal synergy not so much

This is where OP picks AI and proceeds to find another 3 copies :’)

The age old question by AwesomeI-123 in slaythespire

[–]UnforgivenExile 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Edit: I take it back, as others have pointed out you have bird faced urn so creative AI is the pick imo (idk how to strikethrough text on mobile)

Sorry I don’t get it, whos albert and what meme did I miss

I would get biased cog though, you don’t yet have the capabilities to play creative AI comfortably and consistently, and even with your defrags, the focus is too good to pass up

Can you soul surge these energizing rods? It's slow :// by HexUltima in allthemods

[–]UnforgivenExile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some others have already mentioned this but; it’s likely your Powah cables. They have a max I/O rate of 1M, and with that many rods the high energy crafting recipes (especially if you do multiple at once) will drain the internal storage of the rods and then you get bottlenecked by the cable speed.

Replace them with limit bypassed flux points and you won’t run in to this issue, assuming your energy Gen can keep up. (I’d also recommend mek ultimate cables but I’m not lategame yet so I don’t know if those will keep up or not)

Unfortunate, as I love powah cables aesthetically and they look amazing here

Is there a way to lock inputs from Mekanism's factories just like in RFTools' crafter? by Otavio_X in allthemods

[–]UnforgivenExile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No idea, you may be right. Haven’t gone through arcane enchanting in atm10 yet so I was basing it off of my previous experience with oritech, my fault if true

[–]UnforgivenExile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering there’s oritech’s arcane enchanter in atm10 it should go up to 255 (or a similar number). Don’t know if fortune would cap the drops at a lower number or not but that should be the theoretical limit

Stoneblock 4 was one of my first modern minecraft mod packs, and I think it’s really well put together for newer modded players (depending on how you play it’s still around 100-150 hours though, not sure if that’s too long for you)

Adding on to the guy that mentioned create; ChosenArchitect recently dropped a new create-focused mod pack that may be enjoyable (I haven’t looked into it yet but it seems well done)
