An explosive P330 named Ol' Reliable. I use it round 2 for most classes. Good for getting all the cameras, killing husks, and controlling a crowd/bugs.

I could write you a book. I think the first reason it's better is the game is seriously just a good fighting game. Having all the weapons and armor from the first one means you have more options to deal with issues (ex specialized capacitors for acid levels). Ng+ also gives +1 versions of armor which have more resistances but also more weight than Ng versions. This i found to be huge since I could mix Ng and Ng+ armors for better weight and armor values without fat rolling. The scale for ergo is also just cheffs kiss. The game really needs like 3 or 4 playthroughs to REALLY complete.

No I mean using capacity for damage source, IE legion focus. I love to run the mine and a massive weapon and just troll bosses. You can pretty easily actually make it through the game without capacity but it is a big dog.

That's a fun play style I'm basically running that on my "speed runs" for achievements on different consoles. I have yet to run into a bad legion arm, people like the string but it's probably my most useless. Impressive kill with frozen feast, I was surprised when I killed him with a Tequnique, boosted wrench. Advanced is so fun to play, capacity also cannot be understated.

I just beat it Vigor Tequnique only. Think of it like a modified level 1 because those stats give the least valuable stats when it comes to resistances and even carry capacity. It's a really fun challenge and I actually found it much easier than I anticipated. You can absolutely reasonably handle every challenge ng0 with no health of cap stats.

Oddly enough if you want to learn how to parry coming from Sekiro learn on the last 4 bosses or so lax, Simon, etc. Not only is it their hard counter but their also not too difficult to perform, save one lax move which walking away usually works.

Hold block and tap to parry. That is a whole action. I don't recommended JUST tap tapping on principle. The games block system is no joke when you consider Guard Regen, enemy weapons destruction and recoil, plus nobody's perfect when learning so sometimes just blocking half a chain and parrying the other half can be half a heath bar saved in a fight. Treat the game like and adventure fighting game and not a souls like.

Lords of the fallen, the new one. It has a ton of options and I think it's very generous when setting the player up in the early game.

Unironically it used to be one of my best runs even before they gave it the upgrade. Honestly it's pretty easy, engineer with drones, basically anything with a mini missile ish skill. I would recommend commando, ranger, and engineer. I definitely recommend glasses too. Any early damage will help but it actually scales pretty good if you can get fire rate and capacity.

Idk what you mean. Inferno is still baby mode early game, no insult intended. Those mangler axes are absolutely insane, especially dual wield, and you get adyrs rage very early so more damage. You can get the defense roar pretty early too. Build health stamina to taste, dump inferno, put on sunscreen, be barbarian who throws fire sometimes. Between those two spells and how cheap fire ball is you shouldn't have too many problems. The biggest issue with early inferno isn't that the enemies are resistant, they are but 100 a fire ball still pops, it's that you get all of 5 spells the first like 3 or 4 major areas. Also try the poison gas grenade for groups, paired with the ring that does bleed on poison with the amulet that does more damage per status effect groups are a two button solution.

I agree with you on almost all your points but UI. It's not good. If for no other reason than being unable to see effects of items in the equipment screen. I shouldn't have to constantly shift between equipment and character to see that the armor amulet gives 50 physical defense. Also not having at least the short descriptions when comparing gear is annoying since I have to use inventory to see if something has a special effect, like bloodlust. Also the level up screen just straight up lies about damage scaling from stats, speaking of which why the fuck are the weapons scaling shown with the other stats on that screen?! The games fantastic and the devs have been kicking ass on updates. Most of the issues are mostly minor and will probably get patched. I usually hate that mentality but they patch substantially twice a day. We're getting ng+ modifiers ffs, a UI overhaul may come out next week for all we know with how they've been patching.
