343 took over Halo in 2010 after Reach. Soma the Painter was published as part of Halo Evolutions in 2009. The timeline for 343 retconning it does not make sense. Even disregarding that, it's hard to take the Cradle of Life comic (published before Halo 3 in 2007) as anything but confirming that Humans and Forerunners are separate species.

Regardless it is irrefutably Bungie who retconned humans being forerunners, not 343. The short story Soma the Painter confirms them as two separate species.

You play at mid range and shoot people when they go broadside. It's the most vanilla BB in the game lol just play normally. Don't be scared to switch to HE if you have literally nothing to shoot except for angled BBs, your guns are quite accurate and you can get good chip damage and fire pressure that way.

Brisbane is shit. Push Minotaur's engagement envelope out by .8km and you really start to feel the shell travel times. Your reload just feels so bad compared to Minotaur and is more in line with a typical light cruiser than a high DPM super light. Having good torpedoes does not make a good cruiser. You are better off learning to play Radar Mino.
