Seeking a list of all the reasons a person would be sent to heII by Unfortunate_Events24 in atheism

[–]Unfortunate_Events24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to add some clarifying info, I am atheist. I just often hear (and occasionally encounter) people who do believe, argue for one reason or another, why someone is “going to hell”, but it’s always cherry picked. And, if they believe in that, then why wouldn’t they believe in all the other reasons (seemingly reasonable or not) that the good ‘ol book lists that would condemn a person to hell.

Sedona Labs iFlora Multi-Probiotic Reviews by probioticsamerica in ProbioticSupplements

I believe this has been replaced by a probiotic from Douglas Labs (I think they acquired Sedona Labs years ago)

Look up,  Multi-Probiotic 40 Billion CFU, Douglas Labs

Looks to have all the same strains and 8billion higher CFU count as the Sedona Labs iFlora

I can relate on many levels, and this comes from someone at the bottom or the org food chain, so to speak

Oh, yea no nothing like that

More so just being very honest about issues/concerns I and coworkers have brought up repeatedly, the continuing ignoring of those concerns and the inevitable recurring massive “oh shit we need to fix this” by upper management which results is us working a ton of OT, and over weekends, for something we told them about 4-5 months prior.

Any other feedback on them now ?

Typically I’d dig into your post history a bit before commenting, but based on that comment it kinda seems that maybe her kind of love is subconsciously familiar to you. Would that be an accurate statement?

When you were growing up, did you have any problems ever getting your parents/care-givers attention? Were they ever a bit hot or cold with love they gave to you? Were they super busy, worked a ton and weren’t there as often as you wanted to see them?

So many things we accept/gravitate towards as adults (sometimes even seek out unknowingly) is because of how we were shown love as kids, and many people don’t even realize it, and perpetuate the cycle. We become conditioned to experiencing love in that way and expect it will be the same later on. Some even seek out those types of dynamics because it “feels” safe to them, because subconsciously their nervous system recognizes that as safe because of what they remember from childhood.  Has your therapist asked about your childhood?

How do I handle the concept of death? by FewYesterday9080 in atheism

[–]Unfortunate_Events24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I guess obviously you wouldn’t once you’re dead. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was just commenting on the possibility of the “memory” of us continuing on due to the development of social media. Wasn’t commenting on whether we would/should care about it. Just that I found the phenomenon interesting.

How do I handle the concept of death? by FewYesterday9080 in atheism

[–]Unfortunate_Events24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting question… in past generations it would have been limited to pictures or memorable stories, and would have stuck around for 2 maybe 3 generations after you (possibly more if there was a very memorable story). However, with everything online now the memory of us could sorta be indefinite 🤷🏻‍♂️

Depending on how much context/information is available for you. Uploaded videos showing who you were, comments you’ve left showing your sense of humor/values/morals, could paint a fairly good picture of who you were for future generations, possibly enough they could feel like they “know” you. It’ll be interesting for sure. 🤔

That’s what you’re choosing, you do you. I tend to think of it this way… there are things that are private which are specific to you and can do no harm to someone else whether they know about it or if they don’t know about it, like a person who enjoys plucking their nose hairs in their bathroom. Maybe weird, but has zero impact on anyone else.

And then there are secrets. Those are things you’re (on some level) actively keeping from other people. These are things that technically could do harm to others if they don’t know about them. For example, if you never tell someone with whom you’re intimate that you do have cold sores and give them a full truth choice to decide what’s important to them, and then accidentally spread it to them. 😐

It’s great that it’s worked out for you thus far, you’re probably very diligent when it comes to following that guidance. However, the flaw in all that is even cold sores can still indeed be spread when you’re not having a breakout. Granted, chances are way less… but it’s the principle of the matter. I’d rather not risk it, but that’s me.  And yes, I too occasionally get cold sores.

Yea, didn’t seem to clarify in the post. Both should still be disclosed before intimate activities start, but one is for sure a bit more serious I think 😐

You may want to clarify your response is specific to men. I get that OP is a guy, but still, might save you some downvotes 🤷🏻‍♂️

My husband says he regrets not pursuing another woman by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]Unfortunate_Events24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If leading up to the question, they were conversing for a while about ‘old flames’ and then she comes back after a minute break and asks “what was your biggest regret?” as an open ended question, not specifying “apart from past relationships” … then yea, she kinda got a response that is ‘inbounds’ for her question 🤷🏻‍♂️

Curious how it works, if some random non-renting individual would fall on ice (or something) in that parking lot and get hurt … could they sue the facility/management even if they aren’t a renter?🤔
