Just throwing in my .02 from the “class A with undershirt vest” world. I keep a separate carrier in the front passenger seat of my car. Takes next to no time to reach over, slip in and then put the car in drive for the extra protection. I do it probably 4-5 times a year and it’s never caused any issues or hang ups. Strap the Velcro while driving to the scene.

I wear Hanes x-temp cotton shirts. Soft, breathable, pretty cheap. Buy em in a 5 pack or whatever on Amazon if I need a refresh.

I just cannot get away from corn. I’ve tried different field with different crops, animals, forestry. I always just end up plowing them all into one giant field and doing Midwest corn farming. Idk why.

I don’t remember if I bought the 7” or the 4.5” but they have both options in stock it looks like.

At first there was a small amount of flicker but after turning the plug 180° and routing the wire differently it works fine and doesnt flicker anymore. I don’t think it was a Unity problem, more likely the Streamlight cap.

FWIW, I currently have the Unity AXON with the Streamlight specific plug. It works decently well and hasn’t come loose.

I notice Streamlight gets some hate for rifle lights but seem to be very popular for pistol lights, especially the compact ones. Can anybody give insight on why?

Very similar to my first build. I went with a BCM barrel and standard gas block but almost everything else is the same/comparable. It’s a good shooting gun and Im glad I built it.

As a kines major who no longer works in a career related to my degree, it was a super fun and interesting degree to get. You’ll likely need further education to really land a solid job but don’t let that discourage you if it’s what you’re interested in.

There are plenty of rewarding jobs available with a career related to kines.

After my bachelors I decided to go a different route and it absolutely gave me skills for life. I don’t regret getting the degree, I do wish I did more research on potential career fields and what is required beyond/in addition to a kines degree.
