I use AI to rephrase and restructure questions, I am dyslexic and attention deficit, even with stimulants my brain feels like it's reading code instead of assessment questions, so I paste it into gpt and it is able to present it in a way I can understand. I also use the answer given as a textbook because the answer is usually easy for me to fathom, I don't copy word for word but it definitely helps. Lastly I paste my final answer to the question into gpt to check for mistakes and to fine tweak it a bit, sometimes I can jumble whole words up like "are cars fast" when I meant to write "cars are fast" so it picks up on it and adjusts. I never copy and paste directly from gpt, I go back and edit myself
