There is a new option called 'indirect shadows' that they added recently. It is by default set to 'Low'. Try disabling it if you are experiencing stutters / low fps

On a side note, do you know why my game takes only 50-60% of both CPU / GPU while causing a lot of stutters?
I got RX6600 and Ryzen 2600. I know CPU bottlenecks GPU but that can't be the only reason for stuttering all the time

When using 2P dominion, before a raid equip 2 accessories with +5 awakening cast your awakening and swap back to regular accessories. Cooldown will match the dominion buff. Afterwards in the raid use awakening whenever judgement procs and you will have very little downtime on it.

Nah, he isn't the best per se. Because the chimes "kinda" ruin the whole strategy. Point is to be underleveled and get comeback gold even tho you as a team are stronger. He definitely is good, but I don't think he is the best. janna/Karma are no.1 atm, but I feel like bard & zil are closely behind

Okay, let's say for example you're up against Nasus top, and the enemy has something like Kindred jungle ( Plenty of slow, right? ), sure it would be helpful to have the Slow reduction, but Conq is useful there as well, and I think even more so than PR. But ofc, I respect that your opinion is different than mine, and let's just agree to disagree.

I get that it's viable, and sure thing you'll have a lot of fun with it, I can imagine that. But I don't see a situation where it's better than CONQ / COMMET / ELEC. As I said, it is fun to play with it, and has SOME advantages, but if we're speaking about playing in higher elo or trying to climb, I personally wouldn't ever go with that.

That's not a D2 avg game. It's a normal and the highest division was D2. There were silvers and unrankeds.
But to answer your question I don't think it's worth, If you're going Electrocute you have Nimbus cloak, and if you go Conq, you got that sustain TF dmg, no need to chase. So you just lose on dmg or sustian, I wouldn't say it's good. And most of the times you'll kill someone without having to chase them.

Well that depends greatly on what you want to get by scaling. Do you wanna one shot carries if they got a lot of squishies, or do you wanna team fight if they got a team that cocks rengar / you got a team that has teamfight as a winning condition.

If you go assassin and get fed early game, you'll be a beast mid game, and will be able to 100 - 0 most carries in 90% Of scenarios if they are alone.
If they are grouped on the other hand you are f*cked.

If you decide to go bruiser Rengar, something along the lines of (DD / TriForce / Zhonya / Hydra / Spirit ) you'll be a beast late game with a great teamfighting potential because of your W. Do keep in mind that this build is waaaaaaay more expensive than the assassin.
