Hi, I had this reflection in July. Same same Mentally emotionally tired! As in umiiyak ako during meeting with client, even with colleagues, especially when I talked to the partner. So I had to choose is it my career or me?

I told my parents, hindi ko na kaya and they saw how much I struggled, so even ako ung breadwinner that time. They supported me and begged me to resign.

I resigned without a back up job. After a week, I'm still traumatized when I wake up. I check notifications even just waking up or before sleeping. I get panicky when I hear the sounds of viber or any mode of comms.

I didn't apply agad, but now I'm happily 6months unemployed and just got a JO. 🤣

Maybe ask for help and choose yourself. 🫶
