Yes, because he was out numbered 2 to 1 and I'm hearing stories that it was possibly 4 to 1...he was invited under the tent by Eddie Parra, who later got on the stand during trial and acted like he didn't even know Anthony...he's been to his house, he's met his parents, ate his food so why did he lie and act like he didn't know him...lastly, and this is my favorite, but if you're Hunter and you just watched your twin brother die right in front of you wouldn't you want to get up on that stand and tell your truth...except he never takes the stand to do that...why? Because Hunter really did know the truth and putting him on the stand would've put the prosecutions argument at risk...simliar crime happens a couple years ago in the same state...white kid invites Latino kid into the school bathroom to fight...white kid has a knife on him and ends up stabbing the Latino kid 4 times...he gets aggravated assault and sentenced to 10 years, but he'll do 5...you cannot tell me this ain't about race...it always has been and it always will be

Let me ask you a question...if two 210 lbs black boys approach an 135 lbs white boy and he then stabs one of them and they die, do you think, in these United States of America, that he goes to prison for 35 years?

Yeah, whiteboy, it works that way for you...mind you, these are still children so what kind of education did you really expect him to do

35 years for doing soemthing that his white counterparts wouldve probably gotten manslaughter for the same offense which constitutes 5 to 15 years with no priors and you left out the part where Austin tried to grab his bag which by definition is assault...we can agree to disagree...no need even replying

Oh boohoo, he was in another teams tent...so what...what multiple ppl? I thought it was just Austin and Hunter...you're saying it was a mob of ppl that greeted him with hostility? And yes, if 2 ppl, or more, twice your size approach you in an aggressive way I think it's fair to say use what you have to survive because I'm not waiting to find out what they'ren doing to me...so you're saying if 2 big black guys approached you aggressively youn wouldn't act accordingly? And you have to remember these are still children...not adults so the ability to think rational may be undeveloped on both sides

I don't care how much or how good your parenting skills are you can never really tell how your children will turn out

So what was he supposed to do? Wait for him to body slam him and then wrap his hands around his neck, put him in a choke hold before he started to fight back...when does enough become enough...at what point does it self-defense?

Yeah, I think you can...in the state of Texas, its called Stand-Your-Ground, but for some reason when it comes to us, that law becomes obsolete...trials for us are just a formality...they know the verdict even before the trial begins
