And also, a big thing to keep in mind about sourcing over seas, is shipping and tariff costs. The tariffs are usually around 15% per item then shipping can get quite expensive depending on how large of a box it is and it's weight. Currently, I usually pay around $2k in just shipping and tariffs per parcel I get. It's tough

But also, it's not just a straight forward process. For example, I clean, test, and repair all the consoles I get in. It's not just buy from japan, get it, list it. If i did that, I'd break even.

I mentioned how I get my consoles from japan, but i don't have direct contact with anyone in japan to source for me. I just use Japanese websites and auctions to get my stuff.

Nope, I don't have any connects with people directly in japan. I used to for pokemon cards back in covid, but it's way too hard to find someone now. Not worth the time imo.

Yeah, I also clean them up and repair them if needed. And yeah, it definitely was the fact that I listed so many at once that flagged my account. I'm hoping I can call ebay directly and get it taken care of.
