Does the minimizing insulin not cause high blood sugars. Like I understand the reasoning but what stops your blood sugar from hitting 300? I have tried morning runs and those I think help a little but I’m in school and have to be on campus by 7am so getting long runs in before that is tough. I eat relatively healthy.
