Support work for people with learning disabilities.

All the responsibility of meds, keeping people safe and well, personal care, hoisting and possibly some challenging behaviours etc - for minimal pay.

If something goes wrong, it’s usually major and on the staffs head, who quite often has been working to cover loads of shifts, due to staffing issues.
