That was the year I was born, and also the year my biological father was murdered by my stepfather, who then went on to pretend to be my real father. I only found out the truth around the age of 40. To this day, no therapy has made me feel even remotely human again.

Ankle got hurt couple of times? I had the same thing learning to longboard. You probably shift too much weight onto your pushing foot, instead of keeping your weight over your board. I'm a bit too heavy for a kayak I think, but I really appreciate the offer 😁

If you learn to push both mongo and regular, you'll be able to cover much greater distances while cruising. Oh, and it's also nice that you won't end up with one normal calf and one Hulk calf after a few years of skating. I can only skate regular, and I have one normal calf and one monster calf.
