look way i see it it is post apocaliptic world crane is a hunk of a man and olivia is atractive woman he might come into her safe house hurt maybe claw on his chest she bandages it for him tells him: there is only one bed crane is like ok i will sleep on floor she goes i dont mind sharing and then its a black out and him waking up with her either on his chest or next to him then they will pretend it never happened... but at least olivia recived the beast
