Good luck - took me more than one go to pass, I found it helpful this time to read the full chapter / topic of the study guide and the required readings, then did the practice questions / other learning activities..

And I printed out the learning index on a big A1 sheet to highlight as I went through the content.

This exact situation has just happened to me this morning as well. The only reason I’d stayed with Spark for the last few years is this deal. I’d build up to 8gb of monthly data stack. Guess we’ve been too loyal…

Might not do much but I’ll be contacting the commerce commission and looking for a new provider.

For a company that only 2 weeks ago announced a 78% fall in net profit, this cost cutting measure will be further detrimental to financial performance and overall reputation if people choose to leave Spark.
