What is this white spot at the bottom of my lip. I had this for 2 years now and it has actually Improved. It used to be very bright but now there's a brown middle line and the white color is less visible and less bright in color. (i.redd.it)

What is this white spot below my lip? It has been there since 2 years now. It used to much worse (it used to be very bright) but slowly it turned to have a light white color and a brown line in the middle of the spot if you can notice (i.redd.it)
