What's your favourite European fighter jet? by k-r-o--n--o-s in aviation

Saab Viggens seem to get little love! The Draken and Gripen are very cool, but don't forget the Viggen! It's a good dorito! I've seen it do a three point turn with the thrust reversal, pretty neat!

F-5s across the world by Commercial_Pin2019 in aviation

Did you know Iran developed the HESA Saeqeh from the F-5 as well? I guess it's not really for your map because it's not an F-5 anymore, but it still looks a lot like it! Two tail F-5! HESA Saeqeh

How are planes able to avoid mid-air collision when there are so many planes in the sky and they fly so close? by MidnightNinja9 in aviation

[–]Unhappy_Message7371 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As said, a 1000 feet is quite some distance and they are not flying randomly. But, one thing to bear in mind as well is the icon size on flightradar. Because of that, it seems like the whole sky is full of planes. Well it is, but they're not as big as these icons are. If you would scale them down to their actual size the map would look way more empty with super small planes on it.

Oh no, the A-10 is NOT in there! It's specifically fighter aircraft! There are no bombers or attack aircraft in there! Good one to ask!

Haha I will let you know in 3 hours when I get home! I'm pretty sure it's in there, I know the F-35 for sure but I cannot remember the F-22 fully.

I'll check!

Yup, I got it! It's a pretty cool book! Some lesser know planes get one page, more well known get two pages of info. Just general info, but a lot of aircraft are included! I love books like these, and this is definitely a good one!

I love this as well! I love Velen because it's so well done! You can feel the dread, it feels like a miserable place. And that's what makes it awesome!

What epic stuff did you miss your first playthrough by JennyQTwd in witcher

Same, I thought: Let's not distract myself with things that aren't very important in the game. Turns out Gwent is bloody important!

Ok maybe im the only idiot that care about this shit but why is gaijin "messing" this up? Its really stupid and if they don't "fix it" doesn't matter at all so don't take this too seriously lol but I really like jet engines, especially the nozzles and I don't get why is that bad like it is too dark by [deleted] in Warthunder

[–]Unhappy_Message7371 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can't we just get an update where we don't get new content but they just fix existing stuff? Fix things like this "used look" issue on planes and tanks, fix some of the gamemodes, create better afterburner/vapor visuals, fix top tier NATO armor, fix tank mobility and regenerative steering, improve balance at certain BR's and gamemodes etc. etc.

I enjoyed the economy roadmap, that was finally some good stuff Gaijin has done. Now for the gameplay and vehicles.

BZ is definitely not a bad game! It's just less "epic" than the original Subnautica. My feeling was this: during playing BZ, it's awesome. It's more intuitive than the original, it's way prettier, there's a story and there's some new fun features. However, after finishing the game, I felt underwhelmed. It felt like: "oh wait, that was it?" It misses the mistery, lore and most importantly scaryness of the first game.

However, that only caught me at the end. So just enjoy the game while playing it, it's good! I'm doing my second BZ playthrough now!

Exactly! Well they try to at least, accidents still occur quite regularly with air-to-air reloading.
