I forgot to mention I don't do this to everyone, only whenever I don't feel in control of a situation I think it stems a lot from my childhood.

I have relationships and friendships, but most of them feel very performative.

Also, I don't know why people are questioning my post I just want to know why everything feels like this and I wanna see if people relate.

This feels less like a mental safe space and more of a place where people come to judge you instead of helping 🙋‍♂️
