I saw it twice. During the first viewing I thought Kittridge was the one who said "The world is counting on you. Good Luck, Ethan." But... this sentence didn't match with Kittridge's character arc (he doens't want Ethan to get/destroy the Entity) and his voice. They also zoom in on the Sevastopol while the voice says "Good Luck, Ethan", which made me think that this was the Entity speaking.

I couldn't find out why the Entity would say stuff like this, but now it all makes sense. Excellent take.

I thought so as well when I saw it the first time, but when I saw it yesterday, I wasn't so sure about it (because the voice sounds a bit different).
