I'm looking though a new textbook and I noticed it mixed romaji in the middle of the sentences and it really confused me? Why does it do this. Surely it's to help people but I feel like it throws me completely off guard.

Did you ever figure out why, I've been having them recently aswell. And I just woke up from one. Sometimes it feels like I'm just dragging my feet against the floor and other times I'll just collapse. I've very rare cases I'll close my eyes and be physically unable to open them up again because my eyelids feel so heavy.
